Process

We use precision CNC machining to manufacture components that require exact dimensions and high-quality surface finishes. By removing material from a solid workpiece, we can achieve much tighter tolerances than standard casting alone.
This end-to-end process seamlessly integrates advanced CNC turning, Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), high-speed broaching, precision grinding, and specialized spline and gear cutting For parts that need extra strength or wear resistance, we integrate specialized heat treatment like quenching or tempering. By using computer numerical controls (CNC), we convert complex CAD designs into finished parts with multi-dimensional accuracy. These precision machined components are delivered ready for assembly to OEM customers and system integrators across global markets.

  • Swiss Screw Machining: Ideal for small, complex CNC turned components and high-accuracy pins or connectors.
  • Ultra-Precision: We specialize in ultra precision machined parts and precision milling parts with tolerances as tight as ±0.005mm.
  • Advanced VMC & HMC Production: Our floor features both Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) and Horizontal Machining Centers (HMC) for high-speed milling, drilling, and multi-sided processing.
  • Precision Spline & Gear Cutting: In-house capability to manufacture custom involute, parallel, and serrated splines directly onto shafts or inside mating hubs.
  • High-Speed Broaching: Fast, ultra-precise machining of internal keyways and complex internal spline shapes in a single mechanical stroke.
  • Ultra-Precision Grinding: Specialized profile and cylindrical grinding to hold tolerances as tight as $\pm0.005\text{ mm}$ on hardened components.
