Processes

Processes

  • Investment Casting (Lost Wax Casting): Our specialized lost wax precision casting line is designed for intricate, near-net-shape components. It is the preferred method for stainless steel investment casting and super-alloys where traditional machining is too costly or complex.
  • High-Pressure Die Casting: Engineered for rapid, high-volume consistency. Our high precision die casting facility focuses on non-ferrous alloys for the automotive and electrical sectors, delivering exceptional dimensional stability.
  • Sand Casting: A cost-effective solution for large-scale structural components. We utilize advanced resin-bonded sands to achieve a much higher surface finish than traditional green sand methods.
  • Shell Moulding: Provides a superior surface finish and tighter tolerances compared to sand casting. This is our primary process for ductile iron investment casting and high-strength engine housings.
  • Centrifugal Casting: Used to produce symmetrical, high-density cylindrical parts. This method ensures a grain structure free from gas pockets, making it ideal for high-pressure sleeves and liners.

Workflow

Workflow

  • While the molding method varies, our commitment to metallurgical and dimensional integrity remains constant across every project. We follow a simple 5-step plan to make sure your parts are right before they ship:
  • Design Check: We look at your drawings or scan your sample for rapid prototype investment casting. We make sure the part is easy to cast so you don't waste money on defects.
  • Metal Testing: We don't guess the metal mix. We use 24-channel spectrography to check every batch, making sure nitrogen-controlled alloys and special steels are 100% correct.
  • Molding: We use silica sol investment casting for parts that need a mirror-smooth finish or high-pressure dies when you need thousands of parts fast.
  • Machining: After casting, we use our VMC and CNC machines for precision casting machining. This gets the dimensions down to ±0.01mm so the part fits perfectly.
  • Final Inspection: Every part is checked. We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for size and NDT - Non-Destructive Testing (X-Ray/MPI(Magnetic Particle Inspection)) to look inside the metal for any tiny cracks or air bubbles.

Facility

Facility

We operate a fully integrated foundry and machining center in India, having  a capacity for parts ranging from 0.5kg to 200kg.

  • Melting & Alloys: We use high-frequency induction furnaces to maintain high purity in our melts. This is critical for stainless steel investment casting and specialized nitrogen-controlled alloys where chemical precision is non-negotiable.
  • The Metrology Lab: Every critical dimension is verified in-house using a CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine). We provide full dimensional reports to ensure the part matches your CAD data perfectly.
  • Material Validation: We don't guess the chemistry. Our 24-channel spectrograph provides a complete chemical breakdown of every batch of molten metal, ensuring the material meets your exact grade specifications before we pour.
  • Reliability Testing: To guarantee there are no hidden defects, we use NDT (Non-Destructive Testing). This includes on-site stations for Radiography (X-Ray), Magnetic Particle, and Ultrasonic testing.
  • CNC Finishing: Castings are finished in our 4-axis VMC and CNC Lathe centers. This allows us to provide high precision die casting and investment parts that are ready for immediate assembly.

Specifications

Specifications

We manage a broad portfolio as a stainless steel precision casting specialist, catering to diverse environmental stresses:

  • Ferrous Alloys: All grades of carbon steel investment casting, ductile iron investment casting, and stainless steel casting parts (304/316/316L/CF8M).
  • Non-Ferrous: Aerospace aluminum investment castings, high-conductivity brass, and manganese bronze.
  • Super-Alloys: Specialized titanium investment casting and hastelloy for highly corrosive environments.
  • Thin Wall Solutions: Thin wall investment casting capabilities for weight-sensitive aerospace investment casting companies.

Capabilities

We manage everything from the first mold to the final delivery at your door.

  • Size & Weight: We are a precision casting parts manufacturer for any size project. We can cast small parts like medical tools or large, 200kg industrial frames.
  • Complex Shapes: If your part has hollow internal holes-like a turbine blade-we use ceramic core investment casting. This creates smooth internal channels that a drill cannot reach.
  • Finishing: We machine parts to a 0.8 Ra smooth finish. We also offer passivation or powder coating to stop the metal from rusting.
  • Shipping: As part of our investment casting services, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means we handle the customs and taxes so the parts show up at your warehouse ready to use.
